Shae Loya sanctum is situated in the Ridgeland Tower locale, southwest of that pinnacle and southeast of Tabantha Tower.

1: Use balance to freeze the rock, then, at that point, shoot it with a couple of bolts while it's frozen on schedule. That will make it roll into its bowl and enact a luncher that hurls you out of sight.
2: Stand on the launcher, fly high up, send your paraglider and fly straight ahead.
